Mr. Moss concentrates his practice in the area of real estate law and business law, which includes representation of buyers and sellers, builders, real estate developers, banking institutions and mortgage companies. He has an active practice in commercial and residential transactions, contract and lease negotiations, and corporate law.

Mr. Moss was born in Jacksonville, Florida on October 11th, 1956. He is admitted to all State Courts in Florida, United States District Court, Northern District of Mississippi and Middle District of Florida, and United States Court of Appeals, 11th Circuit. His education includes graduating from Orange Park High School in 1974; from The University of Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in 1979; and from The University of Mississippi with aJuris Doctor Degree in 1983. He is a member of the Clay County Bar Association, where he served as President from 1988 through 1989, a member of the Jacksonville and American Bar Associations and a member of the Florida and Mississippi State Bar Associations.
