Biography
Mr. Kopelousos was born in Washington D.C. on November 29th, 1935. He graduated from Bradford County High School in 1953, from Emory University in 1957 and from Cumberland School of Law in 1965.

Mr. Kopelousos was the attorney for Clay County Zoning Commission from 1971 through 1983 and the attorney for Clay County Development Authority in 1971. He is also the attorney for the Clay County Housing Finance Authority, where he has held this position since 1986.
