Magistrate Grant is a Jacksonville native and has resided in the North Florida are all of his life. He graduated cum laude in 1980 from the University of North Florida with a Bachelor's in Business Administration. After graduating from the University of Florida College of Law in 1983, he began practicing law with his office in Orange Park, Florida. After more than 20 years in private practice, he accepted his current responsibility and is serving as Magistrate/Hearing Officer for the Fourth Judicial Circuit in Clay County, Florida.
